Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DDK Logistic mobile application and platform (the "Service") provided by DDK Logistic ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a business tool for last-mile delivery. It is typically made available to you by a transport or courier company (our business customer). Your use may also be subject to that company's own policies.

1. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for business use by professional users, such as delivery drivers and dispatchers. Accounts are issued by the company that engaged you; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us or your company promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or circumvent its security features;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service except as permitted by law;
  • Misuse personal data of delivery recipients shown to you through the Service.

3. Recipient data

The Service displays personal data about delivery recipients (such as name, phone number, and address) so you can complete assigned deliveries. You must use this data solely for that purpose and must not retain, copy, or disclose it. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended business purpose while your access remains valid.

6. Pricing and billing

Commercial terms, including pricing (for example, per delivery stop), are agreed separately between DDK Logistic and the business customer. Unless you are that customer, billing does not apply to your individual use of the App.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDK Logistic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Your access may be suspended or terminated by us or by the company that provided the Service, for example if these Terms are breached or if your engagement with that company ends. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which DDK Logistic operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
