Belarus, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia — routing runs on the OpenStreetMap / OSRM road graph for these regions.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Dispatchers work in the browser, and drivers use a mobile app for iOS and Android. There is nothing to install on your servers.
How do I add orders?
Upload them as a list from Excel (CSV/XLSX) or add them one by one. Addresses are found on the map automatically, so you don't enter coordinates by hand.
Does the driver app work without internet?
Yes. The driver app keeps working where the connection drops — deliveries, photos and signatures are saved and synced once the connection is back, so nothing is lost.
